No need to Google that, I was there when my friend got his pierced. One of the more disturbing things I have witnessed in my life.

Come to think of it that was the day before my old girl friend and I were going to do a suspension. That seemed like fun up until that first hook got put through my arm. I backed out of that one real quick after that. I can tell you this too, a bass fishing hook getting embedded in your hand has nothing on those fricking hooks. Them things are enormous.
