Went to BPS today and in my search for large grub-like worms (earlier post) I picked up some 10" Fork worms made by Lake Fork Plastics.  I've never used any bait made by this company so I was just wondering if anyone has had success with these baits specifically or that company in general?

I've not used the specific worm that you mentioned, but I love the ring frys & their magic shads are my favorite fluke type bait.

Before Rage Tail hit the market LFT was my second choice behind Gene Larew; I've good success with their craws, Top Dog Lizards, Twitch worm, Ring worm (8 & 10), creature, & Pig Claw.

Been using LFT for years, great products.  Started using the ring fries when they were in ziplock bags.  Did I mention I like the RING FRY?   

The only LFT I have fished is the Live Magic Shad

as a trailer for the Sworming Hornet. I'm not totally

convinced that the trailer actually makes a difference

with this presentation, but this bait has lots of action.

I think fishing it on a weighted hook, as shown on the

package, might be killer, too.

I like the fact that the worms have the rings on them. I have always been a fan of the "Ring worm" type of plastic. Many manufacturers got away from this design and they were becoming harder to find over the years. Plus I think the rings move a little more water and that helps in off colored water.

i have only used their Live Magic Shad and it is top of the line..

weighted hook and even weightless....  great action.

Ringed lures offer a thicker profile while having less plastic for the hook to penetrate

The ringfry is an awsome c-rig bait and the crawtube is a great fliping bait.

Just found lake fork myself, like the ring frys. Never tried anything else though.

The Baby Ring Fry has caught me some good ones on a C-rig, their Twitch worm is also a productive bait.

  The Lake Fork Live Magic Shad's work pretty good for Flounder.  I have never used them for Bass though.

Craw tubes are a great bait!!!
