Bass Pro Shops IM6 Crankin Stick.

Excellent for the money!

X2 on the BPS Crankin' Stick (I have 4 of them). They went up $10 this year to $79 but still a very good value for the money. They will periodically go on sale for $69 I would think....

X 3 on the BPS crankin stick!!! I used one for a long time, they are easily the best value when it comes to a crankin rod.

I have a Shimano Convergence Crankbait rod that I use and I like it, I paid around $60-70 for it. It has a nice parabolic bend and Moderate Fast taper to it. If you are looking for a good starter rod I would look into that model.

I have the St. Croix Mojo Crankin rod and love it. I think its around the $100 range.

I have a BPS Carbonlite 7' M/M rod that is excellent for 1/4-3/8 oz cranks and a Powell 703CB Glass that handles lipless and 3/8-1 oz cranks perfectly! I would recommend either.

BPS Crankin Stik for the $$$$

If you can get beyond the Powerhump grip on the BPS crankin stick, it is a fantastic value. I still have one here that gets fished just as much as my more expensive rods. Great rod.

Best for the money is highly debatable. Personally, I've fallen in love with the Dobyns glass rods. Enough that I'm probably going to order another one or two before too much longer.

Although I dont have a crankin rod of theirs, yet, I have all Bass Mojo rods. Very nice and high quuality . Its the most sensitive rod ive ever owned. I think you can get a glass casting rod from them too.

I don't think they actually call it a crankin rod, but under the description thats what they say its best used for. Hands down one of my favorite rods.

Medium weight lures: St. Croix Avid AVC66MM

Deep divers: Lamiglas SR705R

Powell Diesel Glass or the Powell Composite Deep Cranking rod. Both very hard to beat. Both unreal for the money on each end of the spending spectrum ;) Powell rods are just hard to beat, period.

BPS Crankin' Stick. You can get better rods, but you can't get anything better for the price. It's a great rod for a good price.

veritas winch..i have it and absolutley love it! very light with a firm sensitive backbone

Both the BPS carbonlite and crankin stick are on sale right now. Hard to beat either for the sale price.
