Hi. does anyone know how I can get in contact with Lucky Craft? I was looking on their web site and they have no contact info. I would like to find a e-mail or mailing address. I have a question for them about a lure. I have a LV500 that worked great for two outings. Caught some nice fish. then noticed that the lure was splitting right down the seam, and the line tie ended up coming off. So now I have a $15+ lure I used twice and it is junk. I have several other lucky craft lures and they work great and last. just a problem with this one. I don't remember where I bought it and don't have a receipt. I think I got it at sportsman's warehouse, but sure. Any help would be great.

Have a look what happend to one of my LV-500! But that was my own fault! (that's what you get when you cast on rocks)

I buy virtually all of my hard baits from BPS. If a lure is defective or breaks, I take them back for exchange. I have NEVER been denied.

I had a bad LC Pointer 100SP in shell white and returned it to BPS. I had the lure about 6 months and only fished it a couple of times but the finish started to come off after the first cast.

The salesmen at BPS said he wanted me to be satisfied and exchanged it eventhough I had purchased the lure so long ago. Their return policy seems to be "the customer must be happy" .  

This to me, is great service.

I don't use Lucky Craft. But, the quickest way to find out how well a company stands behind their product is to contact them with an issue like this. That is why I will always use Strike King. They stand behind their products 100%. Hopefully a sponsor company like Lucky Craft will do the same.
