I was looking on their site and they have good prices i was just wondering if anybody knows if they are reliable and have good customer service

I have ordered 2 rods from them, got them very quickly and they were well shipped......I would buy from them again.........Never had to deal with customer service as I have never had problems......Tackle warehouse is a "favorite" for my internet explorer............

Best shop on the net.  I've been ordering from them for a few years now.  Great prices, lets you know whats in stock, and free shipping over $75 bucks.

Great store. I buy 75% of my tackle from TW. I really like the fact that their website tells you how many pieces they have in stock and it's very accurate.

The only time I had to deal with customer service is when I had a gift certificate issue but they resolved it in a matter of minutes. Very friendly.

And it's $50 or more for free FedEx ground shipping. Since they are located about 2.5 hours from me, I get my ground orders from them next day if the order is placed before 1 or 2pm.

I ordered some Fat ikas, buzzfrogs, GYCB Kreatures, Beavers, and Ringworms from them. I was very happy with their service as my shipment arrived pretty quickly.

You don 't pay shipping if your order is over 50 dollars, the only time you pay shipping is when ordering rods and even then the cost is minimal.

This is great, I have been holding off placing an order until I knew they were reputable!!!  They seem to have a much better selection and prices than BPS plus I love how you can see each bait in each color!!!

I am totally trying to justify the large amount of money I am about to spend..... :-/
