Hey y'all, my name is Chris & I live in the So Cal desert, Palm Springs area. I'm a photographer and a family man.. I'm pretty new to fishing, but have gone nuts for bass fishing in particular. I drive up to the mountains about once a week to fish Lake Hemet, Lake Fulmor or sometimes venture a little further to Diamond Valley or Cuyamaca... I also do some near shore, inshore and offshore fishing around San Diego. Sometimes I go alone, other times I bring my 5 year old son (when patience permits...).

I joined here thanks to the great articles and info in the forums, and look forward to contributing as my knowledge grows through experience. In the meantime I'll just say thank you so much for sharing your experience with me. And if you want to go fishing just holler!
