Tackle Storage: 360 or 370?

Featured Replies

Just wondering what everybody uses.  I, personally, prefer the 360 size.

Always 3700.  3600 are too small.

I agree..all of mine are 3700's.

mine are 3700 also but i may pick up 5 360's this sunday at bass pro for $10.00

I use 360s. A 360 tackle bag is smaller, easier to tote, and fits better into a canoe. I rotate the 360s into the tackle bag based on what I'm expecting to do that trip. I have 360s for cranks (under 10'), deep diver cranks (10' to 30'), topwater, spinnerbaits/jigs/spoons, minnow/jerkbaits and traps, and swimbaits. Plastics are in their original bags in most cases.

Another factor is that the smaller box is an attempt to slay the baitmonkey and I keep telling myself that I can't buy more baits than will fit into the appropriate 360 box ;D

That's my main reason.  Also, they're cheaper.

Depends. I use both as my boat has a forward compartment that holds 6 360's and my bag holds one on each side. Otherwise, 370's.

I use 360 because I can fit 5 in my backpack.

I use both.

I bought the 3600 simply because it's about

as heavy (when loaded) as I want to carry to

the truck or boat. Wuss? You bet!

:;)

3600's in the kayak/canoe or bank fishing, 3700's everywhere else.

3700 because they fit the 21 slots in my boat.

New to all of this so here is a dumb question.....what is 360/370 tackle storage? :-[

They are the little plastic storage boxes made specifically for fishing.Check out the link.

I use both, but because the bait monkey won't leave me alone, ;D I may need another tackle bag.

Like many who voted for 3600's, they work best for me because I am mostly a shore fisherman and occassionally use a friend's canoe.  When I get a real boat, I will likely switch to 3700's.

The bait monkey noticed a few vacant 3600 boxes I had around yesterday and possessed me to spend a couple Benjamins at TW yesterday.  Come on warm weather!!!!

I have a 360 tackle bag, but will be picking up a crap load of both sizes this Sunday.  I wish I would have gotten the size 370 bag, it's pretty cramped in the 360.
