New to Tackle Warehouse NEED SOME HELP!

Featured Replies

I went on their website and wow is it overwhelming. A lot of these products i have never seen before because i shop primarily only at Cabelas. Im looking to stock up on some plastics. What are the top products that some of you have purchased from this site that i should try out?

Also i want to expand my jig collection. Right now i primarily use booyah and strike king finesse jigs. What do they offer that i should try out.

I know this is broad but any ideas will be great

Thanks,

VC

I would recommend some Rage Tail Anacondas. They are by far my favorite soft plastic.

You are going to get a thousand different answers to that question. Just look up a thread about a type of bait you want to try and see what people recommend. For instance, you are looking for jigs. We had a pretty long thread about jigs just a few weeks ago. Most of the brands recommended are going to be available at TW.

Reaction Innovation sweet beavers.

I'd be careful shopping on that site, it becomes quite addicting :D

My wife and I were at the Classic in Feb.  At the expo we got a sample pack of Big Bite Baits soft plastics.  We have caught fish on everything.  My wife has already go 2 fish over 5lbs on the fighting frog, I like it, but my favorite is the kreit tail worm.

I would recommend getting out now before you go broke. :D

get some of the baby rage craws, eakins 5/16oz finesse jigs, and the smallest sebile magic swimmer in white.

while your at it buy yourself a new rod. i hear glx are nice.

It probably won't matter where you start because before you are done you will have at least one of everything. As soon as you send your order you will think of something else. It is hopeless.

For finesse presentations, I highly recommend some Roboworm straight tails. For a more aggressive presentation, a Berkley Powerworm is tough to beat.

Paca Chunks are fantastic jig trailers, and they are VERY cost effective.

These also sell for fairly cheap don't they?

Don't forget to use the 10% off promo discount code before you place ypur order. I'd encourage you to buy some Jackall Flick Shake worms and hooks. I also second the Big Bite Bait Kriet Tail worms.

I like Berkley Powerworm and senko. But you are going to end up with a lot more than you would expected. ;D

tackle warehouse is great. they have lots of common stuff, but the amount of obscure items they sell is overwhelming! i would stock up on some eakins jigs if it were me. your wallet will be begging for mercy. the bait monkey will be wringing its neck for every last penny! ;D

*** is on of my favorite places. My suggestion is to wait for a holliday if you can. They have killer sales.

Thats some good advice. I have already spend close to $600 this winter alone and i cant even fish yet

TW has the "Hot Item" list on the front page. The 5 plastics on there right now are serious bass catchers. I've used them all, except for the Flick Shake worm. You sound like a big spender, :D just get a few of each.

Dude, it 's easy, when you visit TW all you need is two things:

1.- Check up your wallet

2.- Let yourself go Luke !

;D

Last time I went shopping to TW had to call 911, my CC had a massive heart attack.   :D

Poor baby, she hasn 't been the same since.  :D

My wife hates Tackle warehouse....I'm banned from there for the moment.  ;D

TW is hands down my favorite online store.
