I can't seem to find them any place. 3-3.5" is what I'm wanting. Who makes them and how can I get them? Thanks for any suggestions.

Manns still makes them and they still produce  

Wacky worm was selling them at the Timonium, MD show I would check with them.

Try looking in the salt water section they are used a lot for catching speckle trout and red fish.
