Hmmmm, lets see. The lure cost 15 bucks but If I was worried about losing the money then I wouldn't send it out. It should be replaced with something if lost, even if it is a less expensive one. How does this sound?

I've been thinking about getting this lure for my Feb 24th and 25th Fork trip since the lure choice was announced. I'm super hung up about catching a Fork monster on it for some reason. So I'm going to make a deal. Whoever has it just before my trip, if they can get it to me by the 23rd and I don't catch at least a Fork 6lber on it I will buy them 2 of the exact same lure in the color of their choice. Takers?

Nada.I went ahead and sent it to Fishin_daddy today. I really never had a good chance to use it and don't want to keep it too long.Seems like this cold spell we had knocked the fish back and I haven't found any in the areas where this bait could excel.Maybe it will come around again sometime.Nice bait though.

Count me in anytime is fine but mid April thru the summer would be best. This looks like fun. I think we should keep track of our fish catches and see how many fish get caught on this lure as the season goes on. Pics of the hogs caught would be great also. Heck maybe this lure will net someone there PB or a tournament win!

Sorry guys, but the weather here has been crap. These cold fronts every 4 days has the fish all screwed up and not shallow where they should be.  I have taken it out twice with no fish caught on it.  I am fishing it again Sunday in a tournament and will mail it out on Monday.  The first post after this one that wants it will get it.

I hear ya FD. The big girls are spawning and feeding. I have 10 so far already going over 5 lbs bed fishing only.Problem is like you said though,establishing a pattern for shallow cranking and spinnerbaits and such.They keep pulling out to the drop offs and deeper flats. Not happening. All the bedding fish I been getting are in small bodies of water.The bigger bodies I fish I haven't seen nothing but tilapia beds.

I must admit it was pretty cool getting the BR lure today, seeing a few teeth marks in it and wondering where and how they got there.  I hope I can add a few more.
