This Just Stinks

Featured Replies

I got more new jigs in the mail yesterday and today the temperature is about 36 degrees cooler and it is raining.

I am so ready for Spring to reach Illinois and slide right into Summer.

At least I got out Saturday while it was half way decent.

Caught some decent ones even though the water is in the mid-40's still.

Lake I am fishing this week is still reading 40 on the gage, its 88 degrees there today so I feel your pain. See what happens and hope for the best.

I called it, I said we wont have a spring. It will go from 30 to 80 and there wont be any of those days where a tshirt and jeans is perfect temp. Temps are supposed to level back out next week but when you call for a high of 70 and it hits 88, I dont know what to believe.

I wore shorts yesterday.  It is raining and 40 for a high today. Tomorrow starts a warming trend again.  It is supposed to be warmer this weekend.  I think I'll take my little to do some bank fishing to catch her first fish!

I wish you guys could make it to Pickwick...We're going to catch a lot of bass and

some of them will be GIGANTIC. I anticipate 50+ days, lots of 6-8 lbs and a couple

of DDs. Pickwick is on fire!

That would be nice. To pull something like that off I would need almost a year notice to put it all together from planning time off work and the costs involved.

Bellefonte, PA -> Pickwick

I made a very similar drive when me and some friends went to Deals Gap aka Tail of the Dragon.
