Hello From Indiana!

Featured Replies

Hello everyone!I am Rodney and have lived in central Indiana for my whole life(18years). I enlisted in the United States Navy last June...20120611 and I ship this July...20130709. My rate in the Navy is Aviation Machinist's Mate. I got hooked on fishing when I was just 6 years old. My father decided one hot day in July to take me to the nearby neighborhood pond to spend some quality time together. After that day, I have been hooked since. I own about 20 rods and several tackleboxes overflowing. My father bought a boat in 2006...it was a Bass Tracker(I don't remember the model). I always looked forward to getting up at 3am on Saturdays to prep the boat for the day. We went every Saturday to Raccoon Lake here in Indiana. Since 2006 my father has sold the boat. I hope to one day pull off the lot with a brand new boat behind me. I plan on soaking up a lot of information and make lots of friends!

Respectively,

Rodney

Thanks everyone! I started getting my rods and reels ready for this fishing season. Fish4five, I see your favorite lake is Pakota. I've never been there but was planning a one day trip to Pakota. How's the fish?
