Where do you go to find weird/exotic/hard to find tackle?

Are you looking for JDM baits or hand made baits or maybe vintage collectible baits....? Be more specific.

Just online places that Carry tackle you won't find in the big box stores

The reason they are rare or exotic is the fact that they are hard to get. Try the auction site or some of the Japanese sites that actively sell to the US. You really need to know what you're looking for. There isn't any one place that carries a wide range of rare baits.

Ebay.

There is a specialty bass tackle shop near me that sells hard to get lures that are mostly japanese. Its a nice little shop thats pretty fun to look around.

Yard and garage sales.  You never know what you might find.

TW has a lot of things you will not find at a big box store! If the item you want is at a big box store, the prices will be better at TW not to mention the customer service is by far the best customer service I ever had.

its called blackwater sports and its in vineland. You can order on their website but the store has more selections.
