Hello Br!

Featured Replies

I used to be on this forum a heck of a lot more as most of you are probably aware of. Unfortunately Im growing up, and don't have the time to go fishing nearly as much. (The golf hobby also gets in the way now a little too much  ) Don't let that fool you though I still have a love for the water and the sport in general. I just wanted check back in and say thanks for all the positive things I've learned from this forum and the pleasant people I've interacted with. Just a little chunker from last week I caught in NJ.

hahahah good to hear from you sam hopefully we can get back out at em sometime soon

Good to see you back, hookingem.

I went through the golf phase myself when I was younger.  I still do both, but the percentages have changed quite a bit.  I used to be about 90/10 golf, and now I'm about 90/10 fishing.

The great thing is that golf and fishing go perfect together.  After a bad day fishing, you blame the fish and wish you were golfing where you have more control of the outcome.  After a bad day of golf, you have no one to blame and wish you had gone fishing so you could blame the fish.

Yeah I love how in both golf and fishing YOU'RE in control of everything. Iv'e gotten half decent at the golf game now too shooting normally in the low to mid 80's.
