The only team to beat the SEC in a BCS Championship game was a SEC team!

The NCAA is the only entity that can stop them!!!!

Sec is a joke and have a 50/50 shot of winning the bcs title game every year simply because who ever wins the sec championship practically gets an automatic bid straight to the bcs. Who wouldnt have a flawless season when you stuff your schedule full of fcs teams no one has ever heard of? Not to mention the sec chant is ridiculous. Its the only conference were since one team has dominated all the other teams have piggy backed there way to the top somehow. If ohio state wasnt banned last year and would of played in the ncg, you can bet that no fan from any of the other big 10 teams would of rooted for them to win, but in the sec everyone roots for whichever sec team is playing, because a win for the sec somehow means a win for everyone.

rant off

i do enjoy watching lsu play though. Mostly because with les miles you never know whats going to happen and the night games are pretty electric.

Or that the SEC never played the best teams since the BCS is fixed towards the most $$$ for the NCAA.

False.

The best teams ARE in the SEC. Unless you count the NCAA's pet school, Boise State.

Me thinks there were some pretty good pac10/12 teams that woulda/coulda/shoulda but because there wasn't a better system in place didn't have a chance.

aquaholic, put up your team?

I'm a LSU fan & yes we root for each other!

Why: Because we recognize good football

One team has dominated! I count 5

BCS National Championships: Alabama 3, LSU 2, Florida 2, Tennessee 1, & Auburn 1

MCS: The SEC never played the best teams! Really

2012 Notre Dame

2011 LSU

2010 Oregon

2009 Texas

2008 Oklahoma

2007 Ohio St

2006 Ohio St

2003 Oklahoma

1998 Florida St

What y'all gonna do when a playoff erases all your excuses?

The only team with a outside shot is Ohio St & Urban Meyer

That is exactly why everyone hates the sec. You somehow think that other teams winning a national championship is somehow a win for you. Lsu lost their bowl game. Sec fans also only recognize the last 10 years of national championships.  The records go further back than that.

Yup. And that miserable team from Tuscaloosa has won it 10 or so of those years from further back. Hence why they are in love with a dead Bear.

Don't go lump all SEC fans in the same category. I would just as soon LSU and Bama lose every game they play. I was cheering for Notre Dame last year pal. I hate Bama with a passion. I would sooner have a sister in a w hore house than a friend that pulls for Bama. Do I like the fact the SEC has dominated the last decade of college football? Yes I do. Do I like the fact that Bama and LSU were major parts of that? Nope. However it is what it is.

i should of noted that auburn fans stay loyal to their school. I enjoyed the war irish shirts last year.
