I am going back over 25 years ago when I wrapped a chicken in aluminium foil and placed it over my car's engine and drove around shopping and cooking the bird at the same time.

 

Needless to say the chicken was awful. Too much exhaust taste for me.

 

Now the way the guy is cooking his bird may be better but I still think it will have too much of an exhaust taste.

 

Unless, of course, you like the taste of exhaust fumes.

I saw a guy cook fish like that. Wrapped in foil and sitting on the exhaust manifold of an older car.
