Just got a call from Field and Stream.  They are writing an article -"The Legend  Lures" They had done some surveys and The Cavitron was voted as one of the top  fishing lures of all   time. It will be out in the next edition.  Pretty cool.

I rarely use any buzzbait other than the Cavitron anymore.

I have always wondered who votes for these things. I have never known anyone who has voted or who has ever been ask to vote. Has anyone on this site ever voted in that survey? Where do the votes come from and how many voters are there?

I really like them as well. Lunker lures were my goto's for a long time even though they aren't the most expensive they work.

The 3/8 black/black Cavitron buzzbait is one of my favorite lures ever. I haven't bought another company's 1/4 or 3/8 oz buzzbait since I bought my first Cavitron a couple years ago, but I still buy and frequently use 1/2 oz models from other manufacturers on windy days.

Just bought a 3/8th's ounce for the occasion..... and I needed a new buzzbait. 

Also got some of those shakey heads.... not a technique I used a lot last year, but planning on changing that this year.  Hopefully those help.

Not sure who did the voting on this but I have had two of them and never been able to get them to run straight or vertical, all they want to do is roll over on their side no matter what speed.

Anybody interested in buyin a couple of cavitrons?
