    Bluebasser: nice one! I've never committed to throwing a spinnerbait for an extended period of time but I did that day. Did it again the next morning, hung a 3lber but he spit it back at me right at the bank so I still can't say I've caught a bass on one.

    Watch out for those spinnerbait fish, that lure is addictive...LOL

    It really is addictive, second only to topwater in my book. It is fun to fish because it is so fast, and in my experience the fish hammer it.

    As the season goes on, you'll have fish on that you wouldn't even know about, just a dead weight on the end of your line. You will also have a fish on when you feel like you snagged, which is how I got my PB.

     

    BTW, did I tell you to set the hook in both scenarios, you may want to! :eyebrows:
