Dredge Jig Kit Now Available (Roadtrip Requested)

Featured Replies

Customers and the guys at the road trip asked me about offering a made up kits.  Its been one of my to do things and its now available.  I'll be expanding the kit lines in the future but I wanted to get the most popular one up first.  Eventually I'll have kits that will include Ragetail.  These kits will help slim down the choices to my best sellers and my personal favorites for beginners or a quick pick.

The kit colors include:

Black Blue,  Black Blue flake head

Blue Craw,  Dark Green Pumpkin head

June Bug, Purple head

PBJ, brown head

Sweet Craw  Dark Green Pumpkin head.

Nice, and these kits are gonna be permanent products?

It says there are 5 jigs but I only see 4.  Unless I am reading it wrong.

Yes they will.  My goal is to make kits from the 15.00 up to about 50.00 area.

I fixed the 5 listing.  I chopped one of them off accidentally.

yall folks need to take advantage of this...... these are awesome jigs!

bass tend to like them:

I have ordered quite a few times in the past, I know I do have some dredge series but one quick question- do you not offer anything heavier than the 1/2oz or am I just not using the internet correctly? (I may just have the mata dredge brush now...)

thanks!

Great idea on the jig kits.

boostr,  The swim jig pack is in the plans.  Probably a couple weeks out.

Just curious...when would you throw a dredge over an arky or football? Thanks

The Dredge is the name of the series,  I have it in Brush, Football, and real soon 1/4-3/8 arky heads.  :)

I personally use the Brush most of the time.  Its by far my favorite style head.  The arky does good in just about everything, and the football is an excellent ledge and rock fishing jig.

Hook in the top of the mouth

I pretty much just fish the dredge series at this point. I think Ive had one fish throw this jig. Ever.

Thanks for clearing it up... so the hook type makes it a Dredge series? How does this hook up compared to a round bend? I might have to grab a few in your Arky head....Thanks again....

the owner deepthroat is the best jig hook out there.... bar none, and IMO not up for debate.

it hooks them deep in the roof, if you set up on them good, you cant hardly shake em off.

That Deep Throat Hook in the Dredge jig is an awesome hook.  I feel it fishes like a lighter wire hook then it is. Also once a fish is hooked up it stays hooked up.  One thing I do like about it over any round bend is it seems to keep a trailer from sliding up the bend as easily as a round bend.

Which one one for a sand bottom?

If I was throwing into sand/gravel I'd throw a Brush jig but thats just my preference.  All will work.

I got me a package coming from Fetus, MO........ oh happy day!!!!

Let summertime 1oz football jigging commence!!!!
