Heck I was 245 in high school, yet I had a smallish pooch. It wasn't until the first cycle I did, that I finally managed to lose the gut. Odd thing is. I ain't shot juice since the year before my son was born. Yet, due to the field of work I've moved into my arms, legs, and neck are almost as big now as when I was juicing. Of Course the d**n gut has come back too. I think my chest is deeper now then when I was shooting too. Could be the difference from being 23 years old and 30 years old also.

Raider you're twice the man I am literally, I'm 5'8" and 110 lbs, so also not "normal", as crazy as it sounds, I' m on a strict diet, no saturated fats and low cholesterol diet forever, my mistake cholesterol level raíse quickly, which sucks, no butter, no bacon, super lean meats, no shellfish, hell, I can't eat what I like !.

Now that's no fun. Especially the no shellfish part. That's one of my favorite foods.

I'm 6' and weigh 205.  I work out 5 days a week, could still lose a good 10 lbs. 

I'm sure you think about it every time you indulge yourself in a two cheeseburger combo meal from McDonald's daily.

I don't eat that crap. I'm fat from that corn mash and/or hops/yeast liquid that turns into sugars and goes straight to my hips

I can honestly say I never had scrapple, I think I saw what it looks like on TV...well, the old saying is, you eat with your eyes.
