My all time favorite line was Ironsilk. I had great success with it. Berkley stopped making it about 4 years ago. I am really excited to hear it is being brought back. Anyone else feel the same way?

You must have been their only happy customer.  Search it and you'll find nothing but complaints about it.

Maybe the formula has been radically changed.

It was quite smooth, but had the worst memory after a day or two.

They supposedly fixed the UV issues with the new formula, which is a plus. I never much cared for it before, but maybe it's better now.

I tried some of the old stuff.  I got it out of $1 bin at tackle shop.  It was not worth the dollar I paid for it.  To see it back out again and to be the best of show is quite a surprise.  Like RW said, maybe they changed the formula.  It could be a completely new and different line with an old name stuck on it.
