Guys Working On The John Hancock Building In Chicago.

Those guys make more, and are better off safety wise, than the window washers that hang from a rope off the high rises. I was working at Rush and talking to a window washer who just showed up next to me out of thin air. LOL Minimum wage $8 an hour to dangle from a rope. Nope, not me.

That height is a little dizzying even for a lineman like me.

Where do you sign up for that?

That looks fun as hell. How could you not like making money to enjoy a view like that. That would be such an awesome job to have.

Here's the best view of Chicago from a couple weeks ago.

The fish chose not to cooperate but, a beautiful day nonetheless. In both pics, that's the John Hancock in the middle. In the first pic the Willis(formerly known as the Sears Tower) to the right.

I think I just peed a little . Longest 10 seconds of nope .

What's with all the fisherman afraid of heights? Come on guys it ain't as high up as jumping from a plane. Besides they make you tie off. So at most your gonna fall 12 feet. It ain't like the old days. That's some of the easiest money you can make right there.

There's a lot you can't see. There are better pics of the skyline. I'm a pipefitter not a photographer. The view at night is nothing short of spectacular.

Iam with you raider. I might be gravity challenged, but if I am tied off. I am totally fine.

I would rather be homeless then do that job

Never saw the need to jump out of a perfectly good air plane.

Well, it could be like the radio towers where they lift you up with a helicopter.

As a younger man, I would have loved to have had a job like that.  Having worked at heights before, I know that you focus on the task at hand and ignore the surroundings.

I guess after a while your nerves would settle and enjoy your surroundings. However your butt might give berth to a diamond.

F$#k that..

A buddy of mine is in that line of work. I don't think he's been to that extreme of heights yet but it doesn't bother him a bit. I would lose my lunch every time, no way I could do it.
