I love that lure..used it yesterday for almost 2 hours, it was the only thing catching bass..I know they have different versions, mine dove about 6' then very slowly rose. It has a tight shimmy when jerked/reeled in. It has the megabass hooks, I actually bent the rear treble on mine in a 4lber.

I've got one in the Perch color. I finally used it for the first time a few weeks on a day that was going really slow. Caught one on the very first cast with it.

I used it like a jerkbait, but you can run it like a crank too. It has a nice tight wobble, and a slow rise. The hooks are sharp and tacky, but they're not the strongest. As mentioned above, I bent one out on a 2 pounder the first day I used it. I went ahead and replaced them with Gamy's. Other than the hooks, I'm very impressed.

You actually changed Katsuage hooks for Gammy´s ? now that´s a new one.

Awesome bait, I use the regular and the deep version.  They are a true hybrid bait, they fish well like a jerkbait and a crankbait.  It's one of my favorite cold water baits but they are great year round.

I used to agree but those katsuage hooks megabass uses keep bending on me. Vision 110 included.

Don't hook a wiper with them things, they not only bend then, they snap right off!
