New From Alabama

Featured Replies

Hey guys and gals, I am David from Northern Alabama.  I have been fishing since I can remember thanks to my Granddad and dad.  I did get out of fishing for about 5-6 years because of my age mainly.  Cars, girls and partying got to be the top of my priority list.  Now that I am married and almost done with college, I've been getting back into it.  I finally got a boat at the end of this season and some good fishing equipment.  Can't wait for early spring to start boat fishing finally.

Bass fishing has quickly become my favorite and the boat is going to be a big help I believe.  I've had some great luck this year dock and bank fishing.  I've caught some of the biggest bass I've ever caught almost consistently this year.  Next year should be even better!

Haha that is very true!  Bronzebacks are the ones I'd love to catch.  I have not caught one yet but plan on working on fixing that soon!

Greetings David and Welcome to the forums :)

Having the boat will make a big difference, since you will be able to fish offshore etc.
