Next time could you be a little more detailed?

Nicely done J -

I was duly surprised and impressed this summer by the Pinnacle Producer LTE myself.

And even more so after seeing it "from the inside".

Thanks

Now that's an awesome, comparison review!

How about a Helios/ TCS comparison?.

Thanks!  I'd do it, I already have the 2013 green Helios, but don't have a donor specimen of the TCS reel.

Maybe we could throw the Komodo in there - all three look VERY similar.  Any donors?  I promis, there will only be a few left over parts, lol.

I have the Komodo and the 13 Helios. I'll offer it up. Plus you can pick apart my relube after total break down....lol

Better break down than TT, nice work, for sure!

Why is there no Producer LTE or Primmus on their website?   Where does one find more info on these reels.  It seems the latest additions to their website are over 2 yrs old.

What info did you need that wasn't in the article? I can give you what ever specs you are looking for.

Pinnacle is now producing some great products, but have overlooked the need to update their website to promote these great new products.  A marketing gaffe - big-time.  I sincerely hope they update their site soon.

I agree, the reels should be on the site, but gaffe? Meh, there's half a dozen real user reviews here, and the same "marketing verbiage" that would appear on the site is on most of the retail sites.  If you google "Pinnacle Primus," there's a a few videos, our reviews and several retail locations that sell it, both online and brick and morter.

I know guys like to see specs, though, so anything you need not listed in the article, I can try and provide or we can go back to Pinnacle and get for you.

I'd be willing to do it.  I'll PM you later.  I have the 13 Helios already, so it would just be the Komodo.  It would be a little different, since they're essentially both $200 reels.  Might be interesting to see differences, if any.

Attached are the specs on all Tournament Class bait casting reels. Yes, the Primmus is not listed on their site right now, but all other reels are.

John,

I was wondering what the handle length is?   80mm or 90mm?

I'll check it when I get home tonight, but I'm pretty sure it's at least 90mm. I was also able to find a PDF with the new reels, but it's too big to attach here. I'll try to figure something out.
