Has anyone used this line?

Hell yes and its my current favorite. More line than seaguar 250 vs 200 and its great. I use it and sunline sniper.

I have used both P-Line fluorocarbon and Sunline Sniper.  Good Low viz lines but like all fluorocarbons they are extremely "stretchy."  They seem to work okay as leaders on braid where a little stretch is a good thing, but as a main line on long casts can be like setting the hook with a rubber band.

that is a very spefic question with very open variables. Simply no.

Extremely reliable line.  Use it on most of my setups all the way from 4lb to 20lb.

I tried it and did not care for it.  On the other hand, I like Fluoroclear.  The regular FC was breaking all the time.  I tried both the 12lb and 6lb tests.  

Flouroclear is not fluorocarbon. It is a coated line. I use flouroclear in 8lb for trout. It is very thin.
