My Dad retired from Ford, so you know we allways had one.

Also, my motorhome has a Ford chassis and the 6.8 litre V10.

Welcome, Dad would be proud

  • Welcome to BR. Great product - I always buy Ford. Just bought an F150 Lariat last week. I should have waited for the BR discount. Ha.

Love my Ford pickumup truck. 2000 F150xlt with the 250 tow package. Has never had to go to the shop for a major mechanical problem. 153k on the odometer and counting. Pulls my heavy saltwater boat like it ain't even there. As much as I'd like to get a new truck, this one just won't die.

I mean, I am looking to buy a truck here this spring. Now I just need that BR member discount...  :respect-059:

It's a 2.1 on a built heads and cam motor. Should of gone with the 2.3, but it's still gonna haul arse.

I got the 1.7 back in 2004...it was the only choice back then lol

They had a 2.1 for the 2V cars then but the 2.1 ico wasnt ready for the 4Vs...and i was impatient lol

Now I need a trans.

Now I need a trans.

Built 4r70w, big stall, trans brake!

Interestingly my stock 3650 has handed 470rwhp now for 10 years. 30k miles and probably 100 passes...and i shif like i hate it lol

Transbrake launches are the deal.

My first Ford was a 1967 Shelby GT 350 (wish I still had it). My wife currently drives a F 100. I drive a F 150 4WD, and use a F 350 for work around the ranch. Good going Ford!

Know what ya mean I had 69 Mach 1 428, paid $3144 out the door.  I always get a kick on how sharp I was or should I say inexperienced.  Made the deal at a much higher price, unknown to me my dad goes into the dealership and re-negotiates it down.  Those were the days when we ordered a car that might take 6 weeks to get delivered.  Options meant our choice to order what we wanted, not the "packages" they have today.

That's what's in it, but not built. I do have a stall in it though, it's only 2800. Dont want it to tall because of drivability.
