Both...

Project Z. Color depends on water clarity for me.

Of the baits listed, the Project Z hands down. I'm partial to black and blue but I carry about 2 dozen different colors of my own bait so I'd have a heck of a time narrowing it down to one color. Gun to my head, I'd go green pumpkin I guess.

Better? What are you comparing? Components, cost to quality comparison, durability?  If you're asking which will get you more bites, then it becomes relative to conditions or a personal choice decision.  If I were to make a personal recommendation, it would be none of the above. I'll throw a tail spinner when most are using a ChatterBait style jig.

I like the project z, but I can't see why it's almost double the cost of the original (8$ vs 5$) I've never had an original fail on me and in the future I'll probably just buy the original

I prefer the ZMan Custom, which is a TW exclusive.  It has a regular rubber band skirt which I prefer over the EZ style skirt that comes on the other models.  It's also cheaper, but still has the same hardware and color options :).  The EZ skirt seems pick up a lot of scum/algae/slime between the head and skirt when fishing through grass, the regular style found on the Custom does a little better at avoiding that stuff.

I use the bluegill color most of the time, with black/blue a close second.

I like bluebasser86's rock and roll bladed jig
