Time for a little fishing rod kit?

Every time my son's were born they got a shotgun, two big bore deer/bear rifles. 40 years a they were cheaper. A push button fishing rod too.

That's genius. Just gotta wait to find out if it's a boy or girl to find out what color to get them. The gender reveal we're going to do is great. The man that makes my spinnerbaits is going to get the ultrasound and make a custom spunnerbait color depending on gender. Someone's going to cast it out then I will reel it in to.reveal

Congrats.  By them a lifetime hunting/fishing license in your state while they are infants.  Cheap and will be the gift that keeps on giving.  My dad did this for me, my brother and both nephews and it has paid for itself time and time again.

Congrats man! My little fishing buddy is closing in on 2 years old now. You'll hear this about a thousand more times but time flies, enjoy it every chance you get because they grow so fast.

Our son was also 3 weeks early and topped 9 pounds. Glad he didn't make it full term!

Me too. I was shocked he was that large, being born early.
