Can't find very many threads discussing these; or maybe I'm not very good at using the search function.

Anyway, how is the action of the different sizes (100/110/120)- aggressive, subtle, somewhere in between?

Specifically, where would you place these in the spectrum of Regular Pointer/ Slender Pointer/ Silent Pointer scale? I'm familiar with almost the entire Lucky Craft line, so if you could compare to one or more LC jerkbaits, I think I'll get it.

I don't use them because they don't fit the way I fish a jerkbait. My friend loves the 100sp, you have to work the bait with short twitches, if you get to aggressive with it the bait will blow out, even the Vision 110 can be worked hard than the Duo Realis. These are LC Pointers, Pointers are awesome as they can do well with any type of retrieve but they excel at being ripped, the Duo doesn't like being ripped at all and if you like that type of action you may not like the Duo, I'm glad I got to see it before I bought one.

I'm a Big Fan of the Duo Realis 120SP jerkbait.

I've had quite a bit of success working the bait hard - what I'd call "Ripping it".

Routinely, that's my favorite & most effective way of fishing the bait and have not had any problems with the bait not tracking correcting.

Deep the 120sp is 4.75" & 5/8oz. It has a weight transfer system & a 4 chamber sound system. The action of a 120sp is more of a slash bait with real strong rolling action. I work them hard & erratically.

The 100sp is 4" & 7/16oz.  It has a 4 rattle chamber sound system but no weight transfer. The action is more subtle with less pronounced action than the 120sp. It's more of a walking style bait. 

The 110sp is 4" & 1/2oz. It has a 3 rattle sound system with a balanced weight system. It's an inbetween action between the 120 & 100 but doesn't run a deep as the other two. 

I have a couple of the 110's but mostly use the 120sp & less often use the 100. The 100 might be better used as a finesse jerkbait while the 120 is a more aggressive in your face type of action. There are times when both baits catch fish with just a steady retrieve. Just saying.

I can't help you with the pointer 95 because I have no experience with that one. 

Love the Duo jerks from the 100-120. Pretty aggressive action and louder than a lot of others.

I have a 120sp in Komochi and it's great. Suspends nice, casts well and I haven't had to tune it. I'm happy with the action.

I also like that Duo has some kind of off the wall colors to go along with their very realistic or standard colors. I recently picked up a 110SP in Inferno Gill and a 120SP in Midnight Black 2 and I've been happy with both. The black I think just offers a big profile that grabs their attention and the orange Inferno Gill almost turns brown in the water and looks pretty natural. I think that one would probably really be a killer if there were yellow perch around here.

Sorry to revive an old topic. What colors for the 120's are you using up north A-jay?

In addition to all of the above info provided I will also add the hooks are very nice. From what I can find through research is that they are some super sticky hook made in Japan.

That's really the only water I've been fishing it in and it works well for some reason. I think maybe the bait just looks different and provides a big profile that they have to inspect it.

Just a follow up...Apparently they are Kishima hooks which are similar to VMC but a JDM version.

Wish they would stop discontinuing my favorite colors!
