Powell diesel vs h20 ethos vs bionic blade

What is the best

The ethos would be my choice.  I've had the 7' mh for about 5 years now.  It's 30 ton blank is sensitive and  boasts better components than the other two (Fuji acs seat/alconite guides).  A steal at $70.

Do you have the micro guide or normal ethos?

Powell Diesel, but honestly you should've grabbed an Inferno when they were $70 on TW.

I have the regular guided version...bright blue/cork rod.

I'd have to agree with the H20 Ethos.  I do have a Bionic Blade (older believe 2012 model) and the guides are larger.  The Ethos quality guides, and also have a 6'10"MH that is micos.  The 7'MH rod mentioned above is a great rod with great feel.  I've had one since 2011 and still fish it.  And yes, for $60 you will not find a better rod not to mention if you happen to break it you take it into Academy and they give you a new one no questions asked.

I can't speak for the Diesel, but between the other two I like the Ethos. It's lighter and more sensitive IMO.

I have a couple of powell diesels and h2o expresses' I use regularly. I think the ethos is more sensitive and overall a better rod with better components. I have two original ethos and one micro guide ethos that i use and believe for a 50$ rod is hard to beat.

People around here seem to have consistently good things to say about the value per price of the various Academy H2O products. No Academy stores where i live, so I had never heard of any of the H2O things before I started hanging around these boards.

Of the rods mentioned, I only own the blue ethos, 7ft medium heavy.  I've  had it for about 5 years now.  Awesome rod.  Light, sensitive, and it's done battle with big red drum and jack crevalle.  No issues with it at all. I can't name another rod that has the same feel and performance as this rod for under 100 bucks.....let alone 50 bucks.
