bass pro shops reward points

Featured Replies

who know what brand at bass pro you can get the most reward points. if you do can you tell me what brand and items. it will help me alot.

I don't think "brand" has anything to do with it.  It just goes by how much you spend......want more points?  Spend more money..lol

One point per dollar spent. Brand makes no difference. Ex- BPS employee.

Hootie.

You get extra points if you buy Bass Pro in-house brands -

Q. How many points will I earn with my purchase?
A.
The amount of points earned will vary based on the item(s) purchased. A certain percentage of the purchase will be added to your Rewards account, as seen below:

  • For standard purchases (non-Bass Pro Shops® branded items) from the Bass Pro Shops Catalog, Internet, Retail or Outlet Store:

                    1 point per dollar @ 2 cents per point = 2%
                    Example: $100 purchase = 100 points x $.02 = $2.00 toward a future purchase

  • For purchases of Bass Pro Shops® branded products from Bass Pro Shops, including RedHead®, Ascend™, Bob Timberlake®, Natural Reflections®, and World Wide Sportsman®, and more:

                   1.5 points per dollar @ 2 cents per point = 3%
                   Example: $100 purchase of Bass Pro Shops® branded product = 150 points x $.02 = $3.00 toward a future purchase

  • If you use your Outdoor Rewards® Platinum Plus® MasterCard® credit card, all of your qualifying purchases through Bass Pro Shops® earn 3% toward a future purchase.
  • If you use your Outdoor Rewards® World MasterCard® credit card, all of your qualifying purchases through Bass Pro Shops® earn 5% toward a future purchase.
  • With either type of Outdoor Rewards® Credit Card, all of your purchases outside of Bass Pro Shops® earn 1% toward a future purchase.

  • Purchases of licenses, Tracker Boats, ATVs and other vendor services do not qualify for 5% and 3%.

And if you use a gift card. You get zero points

Whoever buys the card gets the points.

Two days ago i spent 385.17,half of which i used gift cards i go for gifts. I received all the points i was entitled to, even the extra for bps branded items.

at special events you can usually get 2x, 3x or 4x points on certain brands

FYI; Bass pro likes to "reset" your points back to zero, if you don't use them frequently. If it happens, just go up to the front desk and they will update your account..

I stand corrected. You would have thought I would have known that. I guess my reputation goes down a few notches...lol.

I always DO receive points for purchases made with gift cards...I go almost weekly and am sure of that...also, I am a fan of the BPS MasterCard Credit card as you really can add the points up fast if you charge meals, gas, cable bill, cell phone bill, etc...I seem to end up with about $50 in points every 2 or 3 months...

Not to worry that still leaves you 20-30 notches above the rest of us!

I use gift cards at BPS and never receive reward points for using the gift cards.  My receipt always shows a big fat 0 in eligible reward points.

I can tell you from experience, most anything in the store is 1 point per $1, but Bass pro shops branded things are double points.

I use gift cards quite a bit.  Sometimes they add the points on when you check out and sometimes they don't.  If I don't get points when I check out I just go up to the service counter and the points are added on then.

I guess I was wrong.  I've always gotten the points when I used gift cards.

You get extra points for bass pro brand and affiliated brands like browning fishing gear.
