Good news about the PSA test, Bill. Sorry to hear
you fell and broke some ribs. I still have to hold
my left side when I sneeze thanks to a dumb move
I made while playing sand volleyball. Wish they had
raked the sand before I fell on it....

hang in there bill. did you pass out or what?

Glad to hear the good news. Sorry about the bad. What kind of diet are you on?

Big Bill, are you on blood pressure meds?  If you are, standing up quickly can, at times, make you woozy.  Hands tingle?  That can also be a sign of low bp.  Been there, done that.

Kiddies, close your eyes.  The ED meds can also result in dizziness and fainting.

keep some jack links jerky with you just in case you get dizzy

I'm on bp meds twice a day I cut back to once a day. Half a tuna sammich stuffed with lettuce for lunch. When I fell I hit my lower left rib cage on the corner of the bath tub. As I fell I hyper closed my left knee. Not hyper extended but hyper closed. The 5yo grandson is begging me to go fishing. He's the worm and bobber stage. I told him when it warms up.(month) if I'm ok.

Outstanding about your PSA.

Had my annual physical review on this past Tuesday and my PSA went from .84 to 1.45 which to me is alarming. But doctor said not to worry about it as it is still excellent.

As for falling, you go to be more careful and don't let your blood sugar fall too low. I carry crackers with me, sometimes peanut filled and other times just plain, old Nabisco crackers.

My blood sugar drops around 10:30 each day as I have breakfast at 5:30 or 5:45 each morning. No snack and I am out to the world.

Glad to read you are on a diet. Me, too. Love carbs so it is a challenge.

Us old guys have to take care of ourselves if we are going to hang around enough to bankrupt Social Security.

You young guns be sure to pay a lot into F.I.C. A.!!!!!!!!:D

You may have to adjust your BP meds to your weight. BTDT.

Also,if  anyone is taking Lipitor for cholesterol and suffer leg cramps a lot, the med may be the culprit.

BTDT too

Be well

I've been diligently doing that for over 13 years, but the deposits to our checking account are still coming.

I'm really behind on my projects now. Building one of those jeep mudders with the tractor tires. Need to ship out some stuff. But healing is slow. Haven't checked the trail cam yet.

Those injections you took can cause osteoporosis, which makes bones fragile and they can break more easily. Since you already have fractured several ribs you should look into having a test for osteoporosis. Start vitamin D with calcium now, but if there is osteoporosis present on bone density testing, you should get another important medicine that can strengthen bones a great deal and help prevent future fractures. If you do have osteoporosis, the next fracture could be your hip or back vertebra, so ask your doctors soon about ordering a bone density test.

Do you track your food bill? Use myfitnesspal to track and not guess all of your calories. Ive lost 5 pounds in a few weeks by just eating a deficit. Good news on the cancer and weight loss great to hear!
