Mad Man closed there doors because other bait company's did knock off's of there Craw Tube's and could not compete in there price range>And someone was stealing money from within the company! I was a rep for them from day one to the end and like I said they were GREAT people to work for and they took very good care of they rep's.If they were still out there today I would still be with them for sure!!!!!!!

The company closed because Darren "Mad Man" Mooneyham was almost killed in a head on collision.

His craw tube was actually molded from a real crawfish.

I've never had much success with the craw tube but the craw worm is a killer!

Anyone try that Drop dead craw by Luck E strike?

Catt, I did not know about the collision. I had along talk with him after I just got the Mad Man products into the Sportsman Warehouse! And that was what he told me! And your are dead on about the craw worm being a killer I am just trying to sell some to thin out my stuff WAY TOO MUCH!

He sold to Pradco on 2006, the accident was in 2009.

WOW, that is some pretty big stuff. I hope he is much better, things happen for a reason and Darren got his,to serve the word a-man!

The River 2 Sea stand up yabbies are actually a really good craw. The only major issue that I have is the exposed  hook makes things a little more difficult if your fishing in an area with a lot of cover. There is a local river system that has several miles of nothing but a solid rock bottom and these craws work like a charm there.
