Just passing this along to my fellow short fishing buddies-  Normally I would just buy mine and leave it at this, but through conversations with Cabelas, they are closing out the 28" inseam pants.  So if you are short, and tired of having to have them hemmed and take the entire leg taper out of them once done, stock up while they have them.

BTW- this is the only 28" inseam fishing pant I have ever found!

update: Just looked at the website and found the Cabela's men's fishing pants in a 28 inseam for $23.88. Sadly I also spotted the "item note" in red which says " These pants will be two inches shorter in length than what the sewn in tag states." I called and the women I spoke to said it would make them a 26 inseam. I am short but not that short. :o)

I'm only 5-6, but I run 32" inseam.  Problem is, I run a 29-31" waist.  Good luck finding ANYTHING that truly fits right.  It gets better, if I fatten up.

Got my first order in already. They are 28" inseam and the tag says 30". She was wrong. Already placed a second order!  If you order 4 pair and a pack of plastics, last week I got free shipping and this morning got $5 shipping

Fantastic!!! Happy to see that she was wrong but at the same time a bit frustrated that she didn't know more info.

I see you got a medium....what size waist are you in inches?

I normally wear a 34. I was a bit concerned about the waist, and wanted to order a Large but they were sold out even before my first order. They are snug, not too tight, but I have been trying to lose some weight and am going to continue. If I wore a 33 they would be perfect.  Hope to be there in the next week or so.

I noticed they were sold out of large. I am a 36 so thinking the mediums would be a tad too small. Need to lose some weight anyways s I might jump in before they sell out.
