New from Orlando, FL

Featured Replies

I used to fish with my dad every weekend growing up. As time passed and I got older life become busy with school, sports, college, work, family etc. I am now craving to get back on the water. I recently got into flats fishing as well. I want to learn more about bass fishing as there are tons of lakes and ponds around me. Just went out and bought my first bait caster (lews) after only using spinning reels my whole life. Took me a few days to get the release point correct so I wasn't throwing straight into the water and getting birds nests lol. I'm learning more and more about bait casting everyday. Ready to catch some lunkers!

Welcome! Let me know if you ever make it out to Polk, I will have to head up I4 soon as I hear 407 area has some real nice water for bass fishing!

If you want someone to explore those local ponds with you, I'll be down there in July.  I was looking to do the same thing so it wouldn't hurt to have a local for some suggestions.

Always open to meeting new people to fish with! If the schedules work out you can bet I will be up there. Hope you enjoy your trip to FL nonetheless!
