BPS 1986 Christmas catalog.

Wow, back when BPS catalogs actually said something other than "see our website for details"

I spent a lot of time drooling over those catalogs in the 80's.

Those were the good ole dayz, super thin paper which in an inch thick catalog meant lotz and lotz of pages filled with images and descriptions of kool stuff in which to spend your hard earned ca$h.

Looked forward to those in the mail.Ordered my Quantum pro 4 from them.Wish i still had it.Those old catalogs rock for sure. Thanks for posting

I loved those days....all of the info you needed on the pages....you could take it anywhere with you and flip through it and mark what you were going to buy.....I don't like having to go to the website to find all of the information.....I want my catalogs with all of the info back! It might have to be a thousand pages but who wouldn't like that!

and some sob stole my B2 spinning reel from my car, I liked that reel !

I love it!! Keep the pics coming!! I wonder if bps still has back catalogs.

Thats awesome! I remember taking my 2002 and 2003 catalogs to school and looking at them in class instead of my history and science text books

Do you ever remember getting the hardback master catalogs. I can still remember my teacher confiscating them for looking at them in class.

Never had any, but they had them at the store when I was working at BPS.

Nice flasback memories there Hootie! I think I may still have an older Bantum from the 80s. Too bad the prices didn't remain the same! I remember when about $140 would get you a top of the line reel and $50 bought you a mid priced offering.

I still have a Bantam Black Magnum. That pic sure brings back some great memories.
