My livewells will only fill up about 5-6" deep and I don't know why, just got the boat and I've never had this problem before. And also anyone got a picture of the dash layout? All my labels are wore off and i dont know what is what. Thanks 

Ok I found this pic, now just to figure out my livewells(could possibly be bad fill pumps I imagine)

I have a TR-21 but my panel is way less confusing than that and all push button. 

Did you try to pump water in and it didn't work? 

If you don't have the bottom plugs in atmospheric pressure will fill them equal to the water line of the lake. That should be more than 6", but you'll have to pump the rest in. 

Wow...I've been in airplane cockpits that had fewer switches.

What kind of degree do you need to operate that thing?

Is there a drain valve in there somewhere? If you keep trying to pump water in and the valve is on empty it won't fill up. 

Also, it seems to be a bit over complicated for what it needs to be. My Ranger has a the flow-rite valve for fill and empty. Put it on fill and it fills up, adds fresh water slowly, and recirculates while you're running or if the boat is out of the water. When you're done, slide lever to empty and it empty's out.
