I'm looking at buying myself a good rain bib as I have been dealing with the $10 plastic ones for years now. So what are your favorite rain pants in the $100-$150 range. I have been seriously looking at buying the Columbia American angler bib but wanted to hear some suggestions first.

Me and my son both have the columbia bibs you mentioned they work great for us,

Check Sierra Trading Post.  They have Huk bibs for $129.99.  You can usually get a 25% off coupon as well which should drop them to around $100.

You could buy a whole suit from Academy for that much from their H20 lineup. 

Bass pro has their pro qualifier stuff for $145 til fathers day. My dad and several guys i fish with have them and love them.

I personally have frogg toggs toadz bibs and jacket. I got the suit and pants for around $150. Ive been very pleased with them. I like the full leg zippers with storm flap for easy on off. I wear mine with shorts alot on cool mornings when it will be warmer later in day. Do a good job of keeping wind off when running boat. 

Bass Pro shops Bone Dry...This is not their million dollar Gortex suit, but it is incredible.  Never have had a problem with the suit.

I have the same setup that rmcduffee726 said. The BPS HPR II bone dry setup. Works really well for me!

I have been using frog toggs the past year with no issues. Affordable and keeps you dry.

This is what I did. Love the suit. When I got them I went over the entire suit and the stitching looks good and no blemishes or issues also great for colder months you can add layers underneath and the hood on the jacket is like a cocoon
