Which line do you use for hollow body frogs, Mono or Braid? If you use braid do you use a leader for frogs? I'll be fishing matted grass and over the top of weeds just under the water.

Straight braid. I'm experimenting with 6" of CXX to prevent bite-offs but results are inconclusive.

  I use straight 50lb braid, and have caught my PB 7.3lbs on topwater frog, and lots of other big ones.  I avoid any kind of a leader at all costs, that will be the first thing to break on you.  I use a palomar knot, and it has not failed me yet, knock on wood.  Im not concerned about the fish seeing the line at all when im fishing the slop, especially when its on top of the slop.  Ive tried mono, and it is definatly a no go for me.  I cant seem to drive the hooks home with it.  I like the braid because it casts a mile, and slices through weeds, unlike mono.    

I would strongly recommend against mono unless you plan on fishing them in open water. Guys generally use between 30# and 80# braid for frogs depending on the thickness of the cover. I personally use 50# and have no issues. You say you are fishing around a lot of grass so the braid will be much better at cutting through the vegetation if a big one drags you into a mat. I've never heard of anyone using a leader either, but maybe for the guys who have to deal with pike it wouldn't be a terrible idea.

I guess you could use ~20/25lb CXX pretty effectively if you really wanted to though.

Braid 100 times over. You can catch them with mono and a frog, but there's really no good reason to do it. 

In lilypads I like to use braid.  If the line gets around a stalk the braid will cut right though it. 

Braid without question.  Mono has never crossed my mind for frogs.

50# braid.  It floats, it makes it easier to set hooks from a distance, it's stronger than mono, and it cuts through weeds like a knife.

straight braid, i like 40# because i can bomb some casts with it and still get a really solid hookset.

Chris Lane uses straight braid and he's probably caught more frog fish than all of us combined.

I've been using 8lb mono for my frog needs. I can't figure out why my line breaks every time I set the hook...
