Im a bank fisherman,and I need a new reel! i want a reel that i can practically use whatever bait i need. From throwing big full ounce spinner baits to a weightless senkos. I dont wanna go over the 150 dollar range.

Shimano makes great spinning reels for less than $150.You can also look for deals and get the more expensive ones for less than regular price.I got a Stradic that is over 10 years old and I have caught everything from small fish to big sharks on it.

You just described any reel in the 150 dollar range. Go to a store and pick one out that you feel most comfortable with. Your rod choice is what you should be concerned with. It will be a challenge to find a rod that can handle weightless baits to 1 once spinners and jigs. MH rods can handle 1 once but not always a weightless bait. Usually 3/8 at the least. Yet a medium will typically go 1/4 to 5/8. Not saying you cannot use a MH, it will just be challenging sometime.
