I need to know the best lures for dirty water. 

depends on what your fishing for. If for bass , i'd stick to black/dark  worms / gold colored spinners / dark colored jigs and such...

Dynamite. Works in dirty water, clear water, no water.

Dark jigs, chartreuse hard baits, rattle traps, dark soft plastics..

Generally: bulk, vibration, noise, bright/dark contrasting colors

Specifically: Bladed jig, colorado blade spinnerbaits, noisy topwaters, rattling crankbaits, bulky jig+trailer, big worms, ribbontail, curly tail and paddletail plastics; Blacks, blues, purples, reds, oranges, yellows, gold, chartreuse

Fish slow and close to cover or close to the bottom.

Generally speaking (there are no absolutes in bass fishing), bass are sight feeders. If you can get their attention with something that either is noisy, gives off a lot of vibration, or moves a lot of water, that they can see, you have a good chance of catching them once you find them. 

A Colorado bladded spinnerbait with a trailer that moves a lot of water like a RageTail or Kalins Lunker Grub and a jig rattle combines all those attributes. So does a fat body rattling crankbait. A jig with a thick skirt, loud rattle and a trailer that moves a lot of water is a great target bait. Combine any of them with a color that is either visible, or contrasts the darker water and all you should have to do is find them. 

I like dark colored baits generally and tend to stick to larger baits. Jigs, bladed jigs, spinnerbaits, and squarebills are my favorites.
