I need one, maybe two reels for the following techniques:

•To throw a 5 inch weightless senko wacky worm

•To skip a 3/8 Arkie jig with plastic trailer under docks 

Am considering the following Daiwa reels:

•SV 105

•Zillion SV TWS

•SV 103 JDM

Which one(s) of these reels would work best for both techniques?  Which of these reels will primarily work for just one technique and not the other?

There's nothing particularly unique about either of those casting applications that any good quality reel can't handle. Some folks are put off by the t wing when pitching or flipping as the line may not fall back into the groove. It's not the end of the world though.

That's interesting, I just saw a YouTube where one of the pro's was touting the T-Wing as a great feature for skipping.. but of course he's sponsored by then too.

It's the SV spool that will make skipping easier, not the TWS. 

All of the reels you are looking at utilize an SV spool and they will handle whatever lure you want light or heavy and skipping is brainless. Aside from that, go with the one that feels better in your hand. The SV105 is the alphas platform and will the the smallest/lightest and have a shallower 105 spool than the other 103s mentioned. When you say JDM SV103 I think you meant the SS SV103. There's a large amount of info on the SS SV on the TT forums.  If not, the SV103 is based off the TDZ platform and is incredibly comfortable to palm. The SV zillion TW is the same frame as the tatula CT. 

Every reel you mentioned will do what you ask for and do it well. Skipping is more user technique than reel. The SV just makes it a bit easier. 

I know it's 100$ more but the Steez SV is an awesome reel for what you want to use it for. I use mine on a DX742cHP and can cast/skip a weightless wacky senko quite a ways under docks/brush with little effort. 

The TWS does nothing, it's the spool supporting bearings and the spool type what does the magic, with those weights you are talking about, hell even a SHISHAMO can do what you want.
