Even some of the less obscure colors are going for 5.66.Price gouging at its finest.Right now I'm sitting on about 70 individual baits.I figure 140-180 fish worth.I'm not worried about running out yet lol.

Just realized they don't make sapphire blue anymore either, they're killing me.

Does anyone know wether the havoc line of pit bosses are no longer being made, or is the powerbait version just another option?

Bummer .  I really liked them, hopefully they don't change them except for the powerbait scent.

I'm now going to look I'll bet money I have a bag or two. In a week or two they will be worth a fortune. 

Amazing just a few months ago you could get any color you wanted on sale for less than $2 a pack. 

 

I just emailed Berkeley to get the scoop on what's up I'll post up what they say if I get a response. 

I went to one of the four Dicksportingoods in my area this morning.

They have plenty of both the 3 and 4 inch havoc pit boss in stock in many colors at the regular price of 2.99.

 

There are none in the power bait section.

They're still listed on the Berkley website under Havoc.

I can find them under havoc on every site but BPS,which only has the Powerbait ones now.Iys that way in store too.Maybe its just BPS??I can't find the Powerbait ones on TW or Cabelas.

TW still has the Havoc ones in stock.

FYI Berkleys website has lime purple passion in jr and papa on sale for 2.44$.

Im sure I am missing some others but in the 4" version on Berkleys website these colors have disappeared. 

 

I did get the automated email saying they got mine. Guess it may be a day or two before I get a response.

OK so I contacted Berkley and here is what I asked and what I just received.

I got the new BassPro 2017 Catalog and the pit boss is only listed under powerbait in the catalog.

Yeah I felt the person responding was a secretary that really didn't know and really didn't investigate to much into what was going on. This is why I asked more. Thank you for the information I will make sure to address that conflict in another email. 

The last response just came and I feel this person is a foreigner with limited English skills or is purposely avoiding the Powerbait discussion.

 Yes that was the entire response. 

The Pit Boss seemed to have been their most popular/best seller in the Havoc line, I'm surprised they discontinued some of these colors.

 

That being said I went around the internet last night and grabbed the discontinued colors I liked, hope they bring them back at some point.  Until then I'll have to store these carefully in the "use sparingly" bin.

Found one package of 4" at Academy. Thanks to my daughter for hunting these down for me.
