Hey Guys,

 

Just thought I'd jump in here with a quick intro. My names Mike I reside in Miami, Florida and just now getting back into bass fishing. I use to fish in the early nighties and lots has changed since. I'm looking forward to learning alot from you guys and making new friends.

    It sure is warm man but we've also been getting tons of rain.

    I was stationed at Homestead AFB from Nov '76 till Jun '78. Did some scuba diving, snorkeling and camped out the beach. Great times.

    Good stuff man! I think they did away with that base if I'm not mistaken.

    Yep they did. I think it was Hurricane Andrew (I reserve the right to be wrong) that BLEW away Homestead AFB. They never did reopen.
