You're still young. There's a chance you might not live in your state in the future

I just got one that is fishing and hunting for my grandson who turns 1 next month...well worth it in NH

If your feeling lucky go for it. 

I thought I was lucky when I reached 65, when a fishing license is no longer required.

But now I'm faced with another prorational dilemma known as old age

If Indiana still offered the lifetime, I would have definitely bought it. Of course there's always the chance you'll get bored with fishing, or move out of state. Those are things you should consider before dropping a few hundred dollars.

I know, I'm awful, but there were a few years I didn't buy a fishing license
