New here from Pineville, Louisiana

Featured Replies

Hello everyone. I'm new here from Pineville, Louisiana. I'm originally from Shreveport. Moved here 3 years ago to kinda get away from it all. I grew up fishing alot on Mill Creek Reservoir in Saline, Louisiana where my grandparents and some aunts and uncles had a campsite on an acre or so of land right on the lake. As I got into my teen's I lost touch with fishing and here about 3 months ago my girlfriend talked me into going fishing with her finally. I forgot how much I loved it. Since then I'm really into bass fishing, unfortunately I don't have much skill at it. I subscribed to the BR YouTube page and have learned some things and ended up joining the newsletter also. A couple days ago I joined this site and I really enjoy all the articles. I have plenty of questions but I will see if past posts have already asked them and answered them for what I'm looking for. I gotta get back to work now, lunch break is over. I'll be back after 4:30pm CT. Have a great day everyone!

Greetings Michael and Welcome to the forums  :)

Great having you with us.

Be sure to do two things:

1.  Ask your questions. Don't be bashful as there is no such thing as a dumb question in bass fishing.

2.  Wear purple and gold when you go fishing and always yell "Geaux Tigers" when setting the hook.

Good luck and start asking your questions ASAP.

Welcome!
