What is the better bearing swivel: Spro or Matzuo?

I only ask because I thought I read Matzuo had some quality control issues. I have a pack of each and was wondering what one to start out with? Which one is higher quality and will spin easier?

Love my spro swivels for carolina rigging. Cannot comment on the other brand.

Matzuo is generally thought of as cheap, knockoff products. Never used their swivels, but I wouldn't put a lot of trust in them. Spro on the other hand, obviously has a well known and proven product.

Worth or Sampo, these are the best two on the market bar none. The Spro you have will be better than the Matzuo and I say that based on how poor their QC is when it comes to their hooks.

Their hooks are the main reason I wouldn't trust their swivels.

Spro is real quality

SPRO.  They made their bread and butter from swivels and bucktails before they got into all of the other baits they make.

I bought Spro ball bearing swivels once. 2 bags. 1/3 of them were worthless and were sticky enough that I couldn't get more than 2 rotations from a free hanging blade. No more Spro for me!

I bought some BPS ball bearing swivels once that were sticky. I put a drop of oil in them and they span perfectly and continued to work perfectly in use.

I tried that too, did work on some of them but not all.

I have not used the Matzou, but I love my Spro swivels.

Update:

I opened up 2 packs of Spro bearing swivels size 3 and 4. I tested all 7 swivels by hand and they all appeared to roll nice and smooth. Hope they work well.
