Anyone else change their handles on the Curado 70? I have 3 of the reels and love them but didn't like the small paddle handles. Changed all of them to the septon handle that is on most of their baitcasters. Now they are perfect! At least to me.

    Totally agree.  That's why I put it up for sale.  Guess I could just get some extra septon grips.

    If you like a bulkier rubber knob, check out the knobs on the new Curado K. They're much beefier than any previous rubber knob from Shimano.

    I've got an Aldebaran 50 that I changed out the knobs.  The old PG II knobs are much more comfortable to me. I even use them on my Stradics.  Makes all my reels feel the same in my hands.

    I swapped all 3 of mine out. For one I bought a metanium handle, the other 2 I swapped out from my 200i's
