I make my own using a Do-It Football jig mold and 4/0 Flat eye hooks.

    I've had a lot of success with Charlie Brewer Slider Heads. The bullet shaped weight does not get snagged in rocks easily, and allows you to rig them weedlessly.

    I use a 2/0 ewg hook and if i need weight i just peg a sinker in place.  Weightless can some times be a killer.
